Copy Master Prompt# Master Build Prompt: TutorWing Outreach
Build TutorWing Outreach as a parent-facing tutor marketplace outreach workspace. The starter should feel like opening the matching and outreach product itself: student needs on the left, ranked placeholder tutor matches, selected tutor fit detail, and an on-demand outreach drawer opened from an icon-only message button inside the selected tutor detail. The drawer contains the generated draft, explicit parent approval before copying or sending, and lightweight reply tracker. The outreach drawer should be hidden by default so the match desk is not cramped. Do not build a dating app, job board, recruiter workflow, public feed, payment flow, subscription product, or auto-send automation.
Product purpose:
- Help a parent turn a student need into a short list of tutor matches.
- Show why each tutor is ranked for the student's subject, level, schedule, and learning goal.
- Let the parent inspect a selected tutor before using generated outreach.
- Generate an outreach draft from the student profile and selected tutor fit.
- Require parent approval before the message can be copied or treated as ready to send.
- Track simple outreach states: Draft, Approved, Copied, Replied, Follow-up, and Closed if implemented.
- Show small circular synthetic tutor portraits for each placeholder tutor so the match list feels like a real marketplace surface without implying real people.
- Keep all tutor profiles, rates, availability, and student details clearly labeled as placeholder demo data.
UI style and color tokens:
- Overall tone: parent-friendly, careful, trust-first, and workspace-like without becoming an enterprise dashboard.
- Page background: #F4F8F8.
- Primary teal: #214E63 for the TutorWing mark, active subject/tutor states, approval actions, and copy tabs.
- Warm review accent: #C25A3D for approval warnings, no-auto-send reminders, and copy-before-approval validation.
- Success green: #2F855A for approved/replied states.
- Soft note yellow: #F3E7CF and #FFFBEA for rank and draft status.
- Surface white: #FBFDFB.
- Borders and dividers: #B6CCD2, #C9DADD, #DCE6E8.
- Text: #12212A with muted #587078 and #63787F.
- Use the existing app sans font. Letter spacing stays normal. Use familiar lucide icons for profile, search, tutor, message, approval, copy, and reset controls.
Required layout:
- Open with the TutorWing match review desk as the main product surface, not a marketing page, decorative scene, side explanation card, or Build Companion walkthrough.
- Header strip: TutorWing mark, "Parent match review desk", current draft status, Regenerate draft, Approve draft, and Reset controls.
- Left panel: student needs card, subject/match-focus buttons, schedule/goal fields, and an explicit reminder that parents review every message before use.
- Center: ranked placeholder tutor list plus selected tutor fit detail. The list should show a circular synthetic tutor portrait, tutor name, fit reasons, availability, location/mode, and placeholder rank. The detail pane should show a larger circular portrait for the selected tutor, strengths, fit gaps, parent concern, what outreach should mention, status, and an icon-only message button with accessible label "Review outreach" near the status pill.
- Outreach drawer: hidden on first load and opened by the selected tutor message icon. It slides or overlays from the right with the generated outreach draft, approval validation, Copy approved outreach, Mark reply received, Schedule follow-up, reply tracker, and a Close control that returns focus to the match desk.
- Copy rail outside the preview may expose only Master Prompt and Build Contract.
Required interactions:
- The icon-only Review outreach button opens the on-demand drawer; Close outreach hides it without resetting the selected tutor or draft state.
- Subject buttons change the student profile, rank order, selected tutor, fit reasons, and outreach draft context.
- Selecting a tutor changes the selected-detail pane, outreach draft, and tracker focus.
- Regenerate draft changes the draft wording and returns that tutor to Draft status.
- Approve draft changes the selected tutor to Approved.
- Copy approved outreach is blocked until approval, then changes the selected tutor to Copied. Clipboard failure may still mark the demo state as copied, but the UI must not imply auto-send.
- Mark reply received is blocked until approved outreach is copied, then changes tracker state to Replied.
- Schedule follow-up is blocked until a reply exists, then changes tracker state to Follow-up.
- Reset returns to the algebra profile, first tutor, warm draft, and Draft tracker states.
- Master Prompt and Build Contract tabs switch the visible copy body only; no Step Guide, repo bundle, QA/Fix walkthrough, or Build Companion UI appears on this migrated route.
Required states:
- Draft.
- Approved.
- Copied.
- Replied.
- Follow-up.
- Copy blocked until parent approval.
- Reply blocked until outreach is copied.
- Follow-up blocked until a reply exists.
- Placeholder tutor data.
Demo data shape:
- studentProfile: student, level, goal, schedule, subjectFocus.
- tutors: id, name, avatarSrc, avatarAlt, headline, strengths, fitReasonsBySubject, availability, location, mode, fitGaps, parentConcern, outreachAngle.
- selectedTutorId.
- draftVariant.
- outreachDraft.
- tracker: tutorId, status, availability, latestAction.
- approvalError.
Non-goals:
- No dating app, swiping UI, romantic matching, adult content, public social feed, events, or complex social graph.
- No job board, recruiter workflow, candidate pipeline, CV/resume application pack, hiring approval, or employer outreach.
- No auto-send outreach, background agent sending, bulk messaging, email integration, SMS integration, CRM automation, or inbox scraping.
- No payments, checkout, Stripe, subscriptions, premium tutor boosts, booking marketplace monetization, escrow, ratings economy, or production tutor marketplace claims.
- No fake proof, fake real tutor availability, fake testimonials, real student data, compliance claims, or production safety claims.
Acceptance criteria:
- A tester sees the outreach drawer hidden on first load, opens it with the icon-only message button in the selected tutor detail, closes it without losing context, changes subject focus, sees rank order and selected tutor details update, selects another tutor, regenerates the outreach draft, approves it, copies it, marks a reply, schedules a follow-up, and resets the demo.
- Copying outreach before approval shows a clear validation state instead of silently copying.
- Reply and follow-up actions enforce their state order.
- Synthetic tutor portraits render as small circular images for every visible tutor row and in the selected tutor detail.
- The preview clearly says placeholder tutor data only and never implies real availability, payments, or auto-send.
- The Master Prompt and Build Contract preserve parent/student needs, ranked tutor matches, selected fit detail, generated outreach, parent approval before copying/sending, reply tracker, and all non-goals.
